  • In each session (except the first and last of a package), you’ll bring a written story from a specific moment in your life—not a summary or overview, but a detailed account of a specific incident.

Together, we’ll move slowly through that story, paying attention to what you experienced, and how you responded to it.

Over time, patterns begin to emerge and be changed, leading to deeper levels of freedom.

  • Story coaching is focused, intentional, and often more efficient than traditional therapy.

Rather than processing broadly over long periods of time, we engage specific moments in your story that have had a lasting impact. This allows us to get to the roots of patterns more directly.

It’s not a replacement for therapy and I am not a therapist.

If you ever feel like therapy is necessary for your wellbeing I will support you in that decision.

  • No.

I am a follower of Christ, and my work is shaped by a Christian understanding of story, identity, and healing, but you don’t need to share those beliefs to engage in this work.

I do ask that you be willing to explore the faith/religion of your childhood.

You are welcome to come as you are. We’ll move at a pace and depth that feels right for you.

  • That’s completely normal.

In our first session, we’ll get oriented to your story and identify a few places to begin. You don’t need to have it figured out beforehand.

  • Start by booking a free consultation.

From there, I’ll guide you through exactly how to prepare and what to expect. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin.

  • This work is most meaningful when it unfolds over time.

The patterns we’re exploring were formed over years, often beginning early in life. A single session can be helpful, but it usually isn’t enough to create the kind of understanding and change most people are looking for.

Working together over a series of sessions allows us to move at a thoughtful pace, return to important moments, and begin to see patterns more clearly.

Single sessions are available after you you’ve completed a package.
