Coaching Packages
This work is offered as packages* because meaningful change takes time, consistency, and care.
Through this package, we will engage four of your stories with care and curiosity. This is a gentle starting point for exploring the experiences that have shaped your story.
Over eight sessions, we’ll gently engage six formative stories, noticing how they shape your relationships, identity, and sense of freedom. This package offers more space to explore your story with depth and care.
Over twelve sessions, we’ll revisit ten meaningful stories, noticing patterns from childhood to the present. It’s a longer journey for those wanting to explore their story with greater depth and continuity.
*Packages can be paid in full or split into installments, so do not need to pay the full cost upfront. Your first payment will not be due until after our first session.
